1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RGlitz Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

RGlitz Technologies provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Web development and design
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Brand strategy and identity
• Ecommerce solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to agreed terms

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them. RGlitz Technologies retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• 50% deposit required before work begins
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified

6. Limitations of Liability

RGlitz Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
