Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RGlitz Technologies' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

RGlitz Technologies provides the following services:

• Web Development
• Mobile App Development
• UI/UX Design
• Digital Marketing
• Branding and Strategy
• E-commerce Solutions
• Maintenance and Support

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment required to start the project
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Monthly services require payment in advance
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback response time, and scope changes. We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timeframe, but delays due to client feedback or scope changes may extend the timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of:

• Custom code developed specifically for the project
• Custom design elements created for the project
• Content provided or created specifically for the client

RGlitz Technologies retains ownership of general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable code components.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Making payments as per agreed terms

7. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are included in the project scope. Major changes or additions to the project scope may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments. All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

RGlitz Technologies' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds, if any, will be calculated based on work completed.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
